you are ready to sign up to raise money with Music Rewards, simply
fill in the information below, including the number of brochures
you need, and when your sales period is scheduled to begin. We'll send your
brochures and chairpersons kit right away.
NOTE: Our programs are available in the USA only.
IMPORTANT: You must be at least 18 years old, have approval from
your organization, and have authority to make fundraising decisions
on behalf of your organization.
If
you have not previously received information from us, you may
want to request our full information package to make sure this
program is right for you. If you request to start selling, your participation
may be confirmed with a short phone call before your brochures
are shipped.

TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
- Your group shall
keep 40% of retail sales and there are no shipping, handling,
or other charges.
- Payment will be
accepted by a single check from your organization made payable to
Music Rewards Fundraising and is due before product delivery.

If,
for any reason, your group does not run the fundraiser, you are
responsible for mailing the brochures and samples back in good
condition at your expense or you will be subject to a $1 fee per
brochure.
